面板顯示:儀表面板上有兩排數(shù)碼管顯示器,上排數(shù)碼管為綠色,主要用來(lái)顯示測(cè)量值(PV)及各種參數(shù)代碼;下排顯示器為紅色,主要用來(lái)顯示設(shè)定值(SV)及各種參數(shù)值。 

設(shè)定值的修改:在自動(dòng)控制方式下,儀表的上行顯示器顯示測(cè)量值(PV),下行顯示器顯示設(shè)定值(SV),按▲鍵或▼鍵可修改設(shè)定值。 

六、安裝與操作說(shuō)明:

試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備工作。

根據(jù)試驗(yàn)類型選擇試驗(yàn)壓頭,熱變形為圓角壓頭,維卡為針型壓頭。將所需的壓頭與負(fù)載桿固定好。

根據(jù)試驗(yàn)類型和試樣的尺寸計(jì)算載荷: a、熱變形試驗(yàn):根據(jù)試樣的尺寸,選取載荷b、維卡試驗(yàn):只有兩種規(guī)定的負(fù)荷A法9.81N 即1000g B法 49.05N即5000g 砝碼的選配見(jiàn)(9)砝碼質(zhì)量表

打開(kāi)攪拌電機(jī)電源,指示燈亮,攪拌電機(jī)工作,攪拌速度可以通過(guò)攪拌電機(jī)控制盒上的旋鈕調(diào)節(jié)(溫度高時(shí)用慢速,溫度低時(shí)用快速),按照以上的程序檢查電氣,無(wú)誤后繼續(xù)做下面的工作。

安裝試樣 

將試樣架抬(升)出油面,將熱變形試樣放在支撐架上(維卡試樣放在平面上),放下負(fù)載桿,將試樣壓緊。

將試樣架放(降)回油池內(nèi),將相應(yīng)質(zhì)量的砝碼放在托盤上。要求砝碼放正。 

將千分表固定在砝碼上方,使千分表內(nèi)芯懸于砝碼之上,內(nèi)芯上端有2-5mm的空間。

升溫速率設(shè)定:共有兩檔升溫速率,120℃/h,50℃/h。

每次試驗(yàn)時(shí)需要對(duì)千分表進(jìn)行調(diào)零,方可進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),調(diào)零時(shí)輕輕旋動(dòng)旋鈕,使千分表置于零區(qū),預(yù)置3-5分鐘。

啟動(dòng)工作:當(dāng)一切準(zhǔn)備工作就緒后,試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始。
